Dear Music Educator:

Music from The Western Reserve would like to help you meet the Ohio music standards by providing several opportunities for your students to experience chamber music through attendance at our concerts or participating in our Chamber Music and Students Program.

We provide free student admission to our chamber music series held during the school year. Our six concerts, held at 5 p.m., in Hudson on Sunday evenings, provide diverse and engaging musical options for students required to attend     and review a performance for a grade or extra credit.  MfTWR’s 34th season showcases some of the world’s finest chamber music artists.  From an Evening of Jazz to Baroque Celebrated to this season’s Featured young Artist, each concert promises an opportunity for young students to experience chamber music up-close and interact with modern masters playing classic sounds.  (See our concert calendar for more details.)

We hope you will encourage your students to attend some, or all, of our 2014-15 series.

Each one of our artists will perform a concert for students in your school. If you would like to participate in our Chamber Music and Students program, please Lis Hugh, General Manager for more details.

Thank you for sharing a love of music with your students.
